Island Fusion

The food is excellent. The jerk chicken, Hawaiian ribs, teriyaki, huli huli chicken and chicken katsu were all delicious with the perfect amount of spice. The staff is friendly and the portions are generous. We accidentally dropped some leftovers and they even replaced them. Great experience!!

I’ve been a regular here since 2023 and I can honestly say it’s one of the best spots in town! I’ve tried nearly everything on the menu and not once have I been disappointed. The food is delicious! the restaurant is very clean and always has good vibes. The owner always adds new things to the menu which is super nice! Overall great establishment and ownership. This is the type of place college students hang out and eat delicious food!

We ordered to-go. This place was delicious. The jerk chicken was to die for and the sides were great. Very flavorful and spicy! The gentleman who helped us was very kind and personable, we meant to leave a tip but accidentally skipped trying to handle our Apple Pay. We will have to come back next time and leave a nice tip, these guys deserve it!

Island Fusion is a hidden gem in Ellensburg! The food is packed with bold, authentic island flavor the jerk chicken and kalbi ribs are unreal. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the staff is always friendly. If you’re craving something different and delicious, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

I've tried everything on the menu, except for the Samosas and the Mac n cheese. So far, everything has been really solid. Most of the griping I've seen on here has been from people who used Door Dash and Uber Eats, which leads me to believe that y'all are better off picking up the food yourselves or eating in the restaurant. If you do get any of the teriyaki dishes, I think that substituting the white rice for the red beans and rice is a must. That rice is fire. I could honestly eat a tray of that just by itself.

Food was seasoned very well and tasted good. I got the chicken and beef combo. The interior was nice and modern.

This Restaurant is truly amazing!! Not only does the food have really good portions and quality but since day one the owner has shown respect and appreciation to his customers!! I’ve eaten here for the past 10 months since I’ve moved to the area, Island Fusion never disappoints!!! Recommended to all my family and friends
